Learning and evaluation is one of the key components of the Vibrant Communities initiative. The twin goals of the learning and evaluation process are to ensure accountability and to identify lessons that help build the capacity of Vibrant Communities’ partners and others interested in the work of community-based poverty reduction. A Learning and Evaluation Working Group was formed to guide the Trail Builder learning and evaluation process. A draft Guide to Trail Builder Reporting and Data Collection has been approved by the Working Group. It will serve as a foundation for the Trail Builder learning and evaluation process and will be revised periodically as the work evolves.Link: http://tamarackcommunity.ca/downloads/vc/TBpackage.pdf
